MELT FESTIVAL asked various artists to pick one the many stages at their venue at Ferropolis and interpret it as a poster in their own way. I chose 'Gremmin' which is the name of the village that disappeared with the coal mining at Ferropolis and turned into a venue for some of the best festivals in Europe. I wanted to connect these two places and timelines in a poster that celebrates the uniqueness of each artist. An abstract everyday object that could be found in a household becomes a representation of music and the people behind it.
